Please examine all goods for damage before accepting delivery. Otherwise we cannot accept liability for goods damaged in transit.
If you receive your goods damaged in transit or you are not satisfied with your order we can offer either a refund or exchange providing the goods are returned to us in their original condition within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure that the package is wrapped securely and for your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service. Please enclose your name, address, Order Reference and reason for return/exchange with your returned product(s) and send it to Refan Cosmetics, 29 Feversham Drive, Kirkbymoorside, YO62 6DH, North Yorkshire. We aim to handle your returns within seven working days of receiving the returned goods. Please note we do not refund any postage or costs you may have been charged.
For reasons of hygiene & safety, we cannot refund or exchange any skincare or cosmetics that have been removed from the original wrapping (or show any signs of having been used)unless they are faulty.
You are entitled to cancel your order if you wish providing you act within 7 working days of receipt of the goods.

As described in our terms and conditions, we do not accept orders from Outside the United Kingdom without prior contact on postage and delivery costs before accepting an order. Any order placed will be subject to an administration charge if a refund is applied.
